Cool addon but this mod has only one issue: some chairs make my first person view fall on the ground but when I press Ctrl my player model is sitting normally.

@RogueDogz It may be a useless item to you, but I think this is a great idea especially when some of the props you have that you can't sit on or in would be an option to either weld a seat and make it invisible or use the Sit Anywhere or DSit script addon. I wasn't expecting anything like this until now. At least give the person credit for his/her work.
