Because particles aren't exactly easy to work with.
<3 Thanks for this addon!
I did mention where you can find the files listed while in the program. Unless you mean where you can use it scene-wise, in which case you can use it anywhere you please for the most part.
Yeah, that'd probably do it. Good to hear you got it working now.
I honestly don't know what to tell you. Steam's been acting up a bit lately, so it might be an issue on Valve's end of things. The only thing I can suggest is to try again and hope that it works.
Ah gotcha, thanks for info
The main intention was for screenshots since these aren't animated, so I'd have to say that's up for you to determine.
You're literally the first person to have that problem with this pack, so I really don't know what would be causing it. Have you tried unsubscribing and re-subscribing to the addon?
Tried verifying files, didn't fix.
If you could tell me how to get it to work, that'd be super. Thanks!
The tester version had some minor issues that were worked out for the workshop releases.
The GMod port is actually here on the workshop. The one you're referring to is a tester copy.
Okay...? That's not really any of my business, unfortunately. If other content creators for SFM don't want to provide a GMod counter-part for their releases, that's their decision. I'd assume they'd be okay with others porting their SFM uploads to GMod if they're at least asked first, though.
No problem. I had every intention of bringing them (along with the rest of the effect props) into GMod, and then into SFM at a later time. Now that SFM is actually letting me upload things to the workshop, any and all future effect prop releases for the GMod workshop will be followed up with an SFM version shortly after.
