Ah okay I see, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
Will definitely be a goal of mine to create a clock in model and later working as this one does.
Cheers!

While I encourage you to learn, none of the ways of making it work are easy or straight forward. Deconstructing assetbundles is not something you are supposed to do, and even if you tried you would lose all of the data that matters (parent pivot points) for the script to rotate the dials.

At that point you may as well make your own asset from scratch as that will be less of a headache than modifying a bundle not made for what you're trying to do with it.

However, maybe easier to take the other timer from you that you made and remove everything except the round timeclock and try to fit it into the pocket watch model. That should be able to do without any scripting and instead just modelling work? Or is that going down a far more complicated route?

You're projects made me interested in unity and scripting. Learning some bits and pieces. Will probably not manage it in any reasonable timeframe but would be fun as a bucketlist task to hope manage one day. Cheers

You're not going to be able to modify the duration of this. If you wanted to you could hack it to function the same as my timers, but it's not an easy script to write.

Love your stuff by the way! just stumbled upon your account but already started creating custom records. It is about the neatest thing I know on the workshop. Really wonderful work!

Thanks, but the pocket watch just has the level of classiness we love, and I mean.... it goes into your pocket!

And of course it's great with the simple ticking of a button. If anyone here has been script savy and solved it or know if there is a way to ''loop'' the 60sec trigger 4 times for a 4 minute timer or some other fix we'd love to know.

love this! anyway that I can make it 120/240 sec etc? Make it spin more turns. Either witch scripting or if there is another version doing that?

Really want to use this for tournament settings but we go by 4 or even 8 minutes.

Not with this asset, no.

Is there a way to unpause the pocket watch after I paused it?
The only way to start it again is just by resetting it again to 0.

but... pocket
Sonja, Magos Explorator 9 Aug, 2017 @ 3:52pm
True, but it's a pocket held stopwatch. Pocketwatches are strictly timepieces.

but it goes in your pocket

Stopwatches can be both loose and wrist mounted, pocket watches are specifically loose, usually with a chain to keep it attached to you,

A stopwatch is a user controlled device. It starts when you press the button and it stops when you press the button. A pocketwatch is running 24/7 (with daily winding, of course.)

Plenty of things go in pockets, that does not change what they are, their underlying basic nature put into them by human mind and creativity.

It's called a stopwatch, not a pocket watch. Learn your damn watches.
