I've played the same game for about 5 years . I can do anything I want , I have lots of cats and a high level of research . Starting a new game is not fun . I just did eliminate some MOD . The game has been running find . I like the way I have it set up . Sorry your MOD doesn't work . Thanks for your help .
Using a lot of mods will also make the game itself unstable.
Something in the pack mod may be preventing the file from being read. An old cache of save files may cause import failures.
It may go well if you try it with my mod only once in a new game. If this mod still does not work, you have to check the integrity of the game properties and try the latest version.
It's a little hard work, but I think that trying one MOD at a time from the saved file of vanilla again will lead to the solution of the problem.

Please open the editor once and look inside. Each category can be set in detail, and anyone can easily create their own mods. Perhaps there are still some bugs in Kenshi itself. If my mod is in competition with other mods, I think it is only the one that changed the value of the bag. It should not affect the bag mod just to change the appearance. Thank you in advance :)
Though through a miracle, or with the help of Okran I somehow managed to fix it.
Though I don't know what exactly fixed it.
At first I reinstalled the game, imported the save and then began installing a few mods.
Then I turned off the antivirus and installed a few more mods.
When I saw that everything was going smoothly I reinstalled all of the mods that I had back then.
For some reason everything is going smoothly.
I guess that downloading the mod corrupted something in the game files which caused these bugs.
For now everything is going smoothly, though I'm hopeful I'm also skeptical. I'll continue playing the game without changing anything for at least the rest of the week and I'll see if there's any changes.
I'll update if there are any.

It seems "delay" and "stuck" I experienced are different situations.
I played using only this mod. Everyone arrived from the edge of the border zone into the hub. There was no strange delay in my play when I let one follow and when I run with everyone toggles.
On the way, I met the dust bandits and said hello (I killed). There was a bug that one of the corpses was floating in the air. But my troops took another walk to Squin smoothly. I will test it while showering with acid rain tonight. Your bug can be fixed by deleting my mod. What is the cause ...
Also one last thing, the bugs do not affect the AI that is not under my control, which is why I suspect is because of the backpacks.

It's not "follow" but "move order". But even with "follow" it would give me the same problem.
My characters also are never encumbered and they don't slow down but either just stop dead in their tracks and don't move, either forever or for at least a 10-20 seconds. Sometimes It would also only affect one random character at a time that would stop in their tracks while rest of the group continues running. Also as I said most of the times a considerable delay in the execution of the "move order", from 2 second (which I can live with even though it is a bit annoying when you try to move your characters in a fight) to even 15 seconds. But for some reason there are no bugs with the fighting system (the characters react as intended and not problems with the "attack" order).
For example, I think that a character that is blocked by a rock and loses a leader may stop there. In order to avoid obstacles, someone running out in strange directions may get caught in the wall. I'm really sorry if it's due to my mod. But I can't find the reason that the only my mod breaks the character routing.
I have updated the mod with the latest version, so please check it if you like. If other players have the same problem as you, I will consider removing this mod. It's irresponsible to upload something that's broken.

does tracking meaning is "follow" someone :)?
It is normal for the motion to slow down if you have too many items in the bag of lower level character. This mod does not transform the character to be Popeye .
Also, I made one leader follow more than 30 members and run around here and there. I tried the narrow places too such as climbing up and down the stairs of Watch tower. Members who held 150 pieces of water or filled the bag with copper plates moved slowly. Their encumbrance is over 70%. When they reach 85%, they just walk and do not run. The character which made it 100% has also walked, but I don't know 101% or more. to be next ↑↑↑

But for some reason it would give me bugs with the tracking. It would cause massive delay in the move order to people even getting stuck in place and I could not make them move. I tried so many ways to fix it and eventually failed.
When I unsubscribed to your mod it fixed those bugs.
If you could look into it please I would appreciate it cause I would love to use your mod again in the future.

I'm afraid that adding a special value to a thief's bag will make other bags worthless. Similarly, it is also hard to penalize other bags just to increase the value of the thief's bag.
That's not the mod I wanted to make. I wanted to wear a bag as part of the fashion for each character. Small bags for kids, big bags for blacksmiths, basket bags for farmers, etc.
When trading items, I just wanted to eliminate the stress caused by the different bag types. The same goes for theft. The thief's bag is cool, so I can understand your suggestion. But it could be another mod that specializes in thief bags. Another player may have already created and uploaded to the workshop.

I deleted all debuff of bags but enjoy wearing differences of each design.
now, thieves one has black color :D I really like it.
Especially this mod never disturb any other debuffs, for example...the armor and weapons. I afraid more tuning all bag value lil bit. because it will "change too" the game data and playing of over 5000 players. Anyway I would like to check again how this mod works after 1.0 alpha comes :)

Hi :) Thank you for your coment and trying. All my character (maybe 40 over) have each these bagpacks, and I enjoy playing without any stress to put and in items! My favorite is using this togather the storage expansion MOD developed by other players. Have fun :)

Still, this is mandatory for me :D I mean, put off and on your backpacks again and again for each fight is a real pain.
The only onther acceptable solution that came to my mind after ~5hours of such game flow breaker is to assign a backpack to a character, with an icon on the UI to put it on the ground / pick it up, so it stays "RP".

Yes :) My squads are taking a lot of debuff all day! By weather, equipment, dust, bleeding, getting wet... I think that "SuperArmor play" is boring but don't like that their real strength will always be reflected too low.

When playing games with vanilla, really hard to make fields that like it needs 60 hemp and wheat. But if we lose all weight "bags, wepons, armers", strength exp will become hard to rise in high level. I wanted to alleviate the trouble of moving only. And I don't like the inside of the bag looking cluttered :) Just thought that there might be other people like me.
Yeah, I often play farming and crafting. Maybe I like trading more than battle.
