certaintly gonna use this as my main scout RC for now
it does everything
Renay Edor 30 Jul, 2018 @ 12:18am
time to build one and re-fit the flying half for space travel! I could use a fun little drone to shoot things with, and this seems plenty cheep enough to do it
Gravemind1 9 Jul, 2018 @ 4:04pm
It looks like the locust from Halo Wars :D
NPC 28 Apr, 2018 @ 10:30am
How do i go into remote control mode
Aether 28 Mar, 2018 @ 4:12am
Well, in survival you can't use it, but if you spawn it in creative it should work, & since it has rotor, you cannot use a projector to build it in survival mode
Alan 28 Mar, 2018 @ 3:47am
Ok how do i use it if i cant find it? Noob here?
Exelsiar 14 Jan, 2018 @ 6:47am
Is it possible to set this beauty to auto follow either myself or my what ever craft im in?
Ishmod 29 Nov, 2017 @ 1:10pm
Ahhh makes sense now , thanks ... havent played SE in years and was pulling my hair out
Ottomann54#FreeGaza 29 Nov, 2017 @ 6:15am
bunu blueprint e koyuyorum ama alttaki tekerlekler projectorde yok gözükmüyor
Trialplane4 23 Nov, 2017 @ 4:49pm
thanks :)
parkasever  [author] 19 Nov, 2017 @ 7:15am
@Ishmod - Space Engineers at this moment doesn't support "multi-grid" projections. What that means is that anything on the other side of rotors won't be projected. Solution: go to creative, dissasemble the Kumo (upper and lower chassis), then save as separate blueprints. Once back in Survival - project and assemble both and then link them together. I hope this helps.
Ishmod 18 Nov, 2017 @ 7:14pm
using a projector in survival mode only projects the flying half , no lower wheel base.
Trialplane4 11 Nov, 2017 @ 10:19am
im sorry if the answer is in the discription i just think this is quicker.
Trialplane4 11 Nov, 2017 @ 10:18am
plz help
Trialplane4 11 Nov, 2017 @ 10:18am
i mean:
spawned it in and it only had the wheels...
Trialplane4 11 Nov, 2017 @ 10:17am
i dont know if its just me but mine when i sawned it in only had the wheels and a copple other things and drove of a cliff did i do something wrong?
Na̷͆̓y 1 Oct, 2017 @ 9:06am
cklick on wat yow want prres ok and ctrl v
Na̷͆̓y 1 Oct, 2017 @ 9:05am
do ctrl f10 or shift f10 to get the list of all yow vehicles or blueprints
Vahari 30 Sep, 2017 @ 8:51am
Your mech has a great singing voice.
parkasever  [author] 30 Sep, 2017 @ 5:30am
@Pain Train - find the green "subscribe" button. Once you are in game press F10 and find KUMO in your blueprints. Then just spawn it... I think with ctrl+v.
Pain Train 29 Sep, 2017 @ 6:59pm
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THIS?
Na̷͆̓y 27 Sep, 2017 @ 7:48am

Zóar 8 Sep, 2017 @ 7:51am
Amazing, thx.
FoolishOwl 5 Sep, 2017 @ 1:54pm
I'm astonished at how well this crazy contraption works -- it handles better than a conventional rover.

I dont see the lower chassis using the projector. Am I missing something?
Phenix-Alpha 25 Aug, 2017 @ 2:21am
Indeed, this helps a lot :) Now everything works fine. Thank you mate :D
parkasever  [author] 24 Aug, 2017 @ 4:03pm
@Phenix-Alpha - To understand you correctly - your attempt to rebuild Kumo from scratch don't work? Despite its size, this is a complicated build. General advice is to try with something easier at first. From what I can understand from your description is that wheels don't work. Try to set them with 0 friction. This build uses wheels as little pads that absorb the shock - they don't actually need to work for the Kumo to move. Atmospheric thrusters do that. I... hope this helps a little bit.
Phenix-Alpha 24 Aug, 2017 @ 6:08am
Hey there!
Really nice build dude, but i´m unable to take controll about the weels :/ I´ve rebuild the chassis, and everything, exept the weels works fine.
I´m quite new to space engineers and testet out some things, but everything i try results in craking the whole vehicle. -.- Can someone please help me out?
Caloros 22 Aug, 2017 @ 12:26am
@Sabrewulf - What are you talking about? This vehicle is !00% mech! Look up the definition for mech you sillywilly lol :P
PhantomSoviet298 18 Aug, 2017 @ 7:30pm
looks like the locust from halo
SaturnWurm 12 Aug, 2017 @ 4:48pm
i have had so many fun with the KUMO :steamhappy:
i want more of these :)
collot999 12 Aug, 2017 @ 3:01pm
I only watch the video, the vehiclelooks cool, I like the idea, the funcionality of join and release of the pilot is fine, I don't see it very usfull for that small hull, but a heavy vehicle with that can be deadly :D
Sabrewulf 12 Aug, 2017 @ 12:47pm
@parkasever
Your vehicle is cool bro.
Its not a mech, its not a suit, its a helicopter with unnecessary sleds.
If you weld wings, thruster and a car, will not become a mech.
Your active movements are only thrusters and gyroscope.Your actions are only attach/detatch, fire.
But if your vehicle move the legs for: jump, tilt for climb, become small, become tall, tilt for shot. So it can be a mecha.
Tangy 12 Aug, 2017 @ 9:30am
Oreally? That's awesome. Haven't played Space Engineers in a while, so I'm still getting used to their nice mechanical parts.
parkasever  [author] 11 Aug, 2017 @ 10:31pm
@ Savius - there are no mods in this build. This is an advanced rotor, small grid. It can attach / reattach with no problems.
Tangy 11 Aug, 2017 @ 10:12pm
I assume a small rotor mod for the attach-detatch abilities?
interstellarNomad 11 Aug, 2017 @ 7:04pm
Very Moblie, good at climbing hills and rocks. I get on Space Engineers sometimes just so I can play with this! Awesome! :steamhappy:
parkasever  [author] 11 Aug, 2017 @ 6:57pm
@Mantha Thank you very much. A little bit over one hundred so far. Still very far away to make it profitable (after the expenses for the editor and illustrator), but I am happy that people like it.

@Sabrewulf - Any large, mobile suit of tank-like armor is considered a mech, but you can call it a sled if you like them. Japanese "Kurata" has legs, but it actually uses wheels for example.
Sabrewulf 11 Aug, 2017 @ 6:02pm
Thrusters movement, its a Sled not a mech
Mantha 11 Aug, 2017 @ 4:26pm
@parkaserver, if you don't mind sharing (I don't know any other place to put this) how many people have bought your book so far? (Including me, I left you a review on Amazon :D)
i hate you rara 11 Aug, 2017 @ 3:28pm
the video is very detailed as always, not going to question the music choices thoe.
Federski 11 Aug, 2017 @ 1:26pm
Nice one guy
Hyper 11 Aug, 2017 @ 9:08am
Epic vechicle !
Wow, someone made novel about Space Engineers?! :O Epic, defintiely i will read it !
parkasever  [author] 11 Aug, 2017 @ 6:35am
@gornyakmaniac / I don't want to become famous, I just enjoy creating stuff. But you have not one but the first 3 chapters for free in amazon book preview, I think.
gornyakmaniac 11 Aug, 2017 @ 6:18am
If you wanted to become a bit famous with this novel, you should get another distribution model. Like free first chapter or so.
