I really love your work. But somehow this tactic didnt work for me. Playing with Chelsea (10th season). The first 7-10 games all was fine with this tactic. But after that i mostly played remis or lost. If i win, its only a 1:0
Dont know, what i could do. The team is 100% familiar with the tactic. Biggest problem is, i have like 15 shoots (half of them on target) but only one goal. Wtf im doing wrong? :D

Thanks for the tactic. I'm seeing some success in first season. I am seeing a lot of long shots or off target shots (ex. Current game at 65 min mark, 12 shots, just 1 on target, 7 off target. 1 CCC, 2 half, 2 long shots. Winning possession 56-44. Any suggestions on what tweaks? Playing League Two with Colchester.

hey mate using your tactic in my fc united save and im now in the premier league. I survived first year had some great wins but when i , come up against a top team i generally get spanked. Im now in my second season and faring slightly better but the beltings seem to pop up especially in big games.

Imo, this seems like a slightly more attacking version of that. If you have enough quality MC's, try this out. GK, DR+DL (CWB or WB attack), DRC+DLC (Central defender defend), DM (Ballwinning defend), MRC+MLC (Box2Box at least if you play more controlled and normal speed or lower), MC (advanced playmaker support, but can be any playmaker type), strikers as you have players for. I use advanced forward (Martial) and Complete forward (Lukaku).

Won 3-1 against Real Madrid with only 40%'ish tactical knowledge. I know it's a limited sample, but with so many similarities to yours, maybe they could sort of make a "pack" where one is offensive/controlling tactic and one is more for the counter. I imagine a more defensive version of either would do well against top teams as they did in FM15 while the 4-3-3 can really dominate games. Retaining possession and playing very fast shouldn't really add up though.

I haven't tried your tactic (yet) but a similar one was really good in FM15.

I'm playing a multi player game as Man Utd with 3 other guys (Tottenham, Liverpool and Chelsea) and with a transfer update of some sort so I play champinos league and had a super cup vs Real that I won 3-1. In that I played 4-1-3-2 DM Narrow (or something like that) since I don't really like United's winger and AMC choices.

i am playing with leicster and im trying your tactic however i dont know which role is better for players so make them play which role is better for they is it right ?

@Stationer - ahh right ok then, well STR (striker) and STL (striker left or left footed) is the meaning. You can have it so the centre one is a (STR) and then on either side of him have a left footed forward or striker, though it's also possible to have an (AMR) or (AMR) either side.

im new at his game soi didint understand STR OR STL thing so you suggesting me to play with 2 AM at 3 foward area

@julegnu85 - sorry but that's b*llsh*t! your just a bad manager! I live to manage Ajax as they are my most favourite football team and I win everything with them, here's proof http://i.imgur.com/boiuJy7.jpg and that is still unbeaten in 15games. You want more proof then I will be glad to show it.

Worst away tactic ever! used Ajax, won 4-0 at home over Roda. Lost 5-1 away to Utrecht!
got kicked out of the champions league to Istanbul basaksehir. won 3-0 at home. lost 7-1 away. I was behind 5-0 after 23 minuttes!!!!. see the pattern, do not use on away games.

@SaVaDelija - rarely change it mate, though you can play around with it and experiment.

@ Tezzle - Just to Encourage them to go green and "pumped up" I think it's called, basically makes them work more and try more than normal. I rarely listen to the Assistant lol that is just my personal way though - you can change it, I suggest trying it out fully in a test save or friendlies/non-league cup games.

@amullin - once you subscribe go to your tactics and then (load) or (import) depending on which language version you're using and you will see it there.

@byjimini - I have gone aggressive even being 3-0 up at half time knowing I could do better with the amount of shots I had. IT COULD BE that you was not aggressive to begin with and suddenly you have gone from relaxed to aggressive. My profile says I'm an aggressive manager so lol. I have done the same thing with Ajax, Parma, AC Milan, and Newcastle all with no problems.

@DarkXess So you go aggressive - I expect a win at the start and then aggressive at half time if you're drawing/losing? I've just done a season using that and ended up with a squad chat after 3 months with players unhappy with my team talks. That was with Liverpool.

@byjimini - haha that's weird, it's always worked for me, maybe the certain team/player it doesn't go down well with then, sorry. Apart from that everything else is okay with it?
