You make me think all different. Nice puzzle.

An innovative chamber I quite liked the concept once I realised what it was. A better name might be Schrodinger's fizzlers (after his cat thought experiment) but that's just the scientist in me talking :) Overall a good intro and a fun couple of minutes of my day.

I'd appreciate if you could play, rate and comment on my map here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=188025272

Thanks again for the fun and unique puzzle.

Thanks for testing. About the glass wall - that's exactly the reason why it is there :)

I solved it rather quickly, but I loved every second of the process.
The glass wall could have been a solid wall and it would still be solvable, so I'm guessing that it was just there to make the antline more direct and obvious.

Another cool puzzle you made here ^^ I found the solution not too hardly, but maybe I was a bit lucky to get the correct idea so quick :p

What you suggested is possible, it would require chenging the mechanism that makes it flicker. However it would also make it harder to shoot a portal through a flickering fizzler , because it would be on and off for about the same time (50% chances of succes). Currently it is off longer than on, which makes it quite easy to shoot portal through (>50% chances of succes), but it is less visible.

well that blagged me. well done. once I worked out what was going on it was easy to do. can you make it flicker slower so you can tell its flickering? I worked it out from the sound lol #F4F

You understood the idea perfectly. It is possible to make one fizzler switchable between 3 states, I just didn't yet come up with a good idea of how to use it in a puzzle. I hope to add this kind of map soon :) Thanks for testing.

Love the concept of this map. One can't pass through fizzlers but just shoot portals through. It might be a problem of signage but you could combine this with 'normal' fizzlers and build a really challenging logical puzzle, maybe even introduce fizzlers that have three states: open, closed, and oscillating. Anyhow, very nice idea and a very nice puzzle ... have to check out your other maps ;)

Cool trick, at first you think it's straight forward & then you realise, maybe not! When the solution hits you, you think cool! #F4F
