Uh. You don't need this mod to kill people. Just destroy some blocks in the village and people will get angry and attack you. (at least the guards, but ofc you can kill everyone)

Nah, I think they have to hate you for you to be able to attack them, unless something has changed. I think that's how they did it with the shadow and frog people? Not sure.
Haven't played Starbound in ages.

When i try to talk to fenerox people, they up and dissapear. Possible mod conflict?

Probably because they have weapons.

The mod makes weaponless villagers hostile towards you, but since they have no weapons, they don't attack you. Making guards killable would make them attack you on sight.

Fenerox on safari biomes arent killable and neither are mushroom people

Yeah, it's a safe zone with unique NPCs.
You may be able to kill "visitors" though.

Maybe you installed this after (accidentally/unknowingly) generating the planet?
Already generated NPCs are unaffected so that might be it.

I have to ask; if you were to kill say an avian, would all avians across the entire universe be hostile or affraid of you forever? (not including collony deeds)
