@Hoxton - yes, I wanted it that way in principle, but the resolution is very low and the patina effect universally applied made it very shiny. I reduced this through setting the alpha at 40% but there is still some shine unfortunately!

Looks great, very nice normal mapping, imo not too sure about the katana-like grip, it's a cool idea but the change of materials looks strange to me.
