I love this Item and think it would be an excellent addition to the game, it stays within the Engineer's role in the game being tools to build and work on items other than the Engineer's usual wacky cosmetics.

+protection from backstabs?
- get heavy speed when carry a build

you'd think he was a more 'harmless' engie if he actually considered the factor of 'mouse traffic.'

Secondary weapon w/ increased build/upgrade speed and decreased metal cost for all buildings.
