I like the music and i'm glad its listed since your video got taken down, but what was the dj clips and LSD PSA those added so much atmosphere to it. It was cool, i'm wondering if its going to be re-uploaded or you can find me the LSD psa.

That’s sad but understandable. However would it still be possible to make a small mod that shares the Art sublevel from the real map and adds the radio soundtrack? (you wrote something about tech. difficulties) So no licensing would be needed.
And could you provide a download link for the latest radio audio file ?

Sadly the answer is no, the radio has to stay out. I've actually grown to prefer the map without it now, but either way, regardless of what I prefer, Tripwire/Antimatter wouldn't want to license all of the songs for just one map.

@Zachery Moe: Just wondering if your radio soundtrack will be included into the official version in a future update? The immersion is there and it reminds me of “Stars & Bars” from Battlefield Vietnam :)

Suggestions for the map: Perhaps some more cover at alpha and especially bravo as you maybe like some destroyed helis or some sandbags also maybe put some boulders as cover for vc while attacking foxtrot

This is the only workshop item that has ever existed, but there were some older versions with less detailing and a different C objective.

Regarding the grass, I know that the grass isn't visible past a certain distance, and one of the changes I'd like to make is to reduce the size of the grass so that people aren't given the mistaken impression that they can hide in it. That will have to wait until I can talk to TWI, however. And regarding the blank spots, I know that there are a lot of places in the forest with not enough bushes, and I'd like to change that too. However, the areas in the open are intentional. I like the wide open feeling that they provide, and they really add a sense of danger. I'm not going to hold the players' hands through the map by giving them cover everywhere.

Well, the layout of the last point is intentionally quite difficult. I know that a lot of the time that can be infuriating, but it's hardly impossible. It may be hard for the attackers to get in, but the defenders have very little in the way of overhead cover from artillery until they get into the point, so it's surprisingly easy to cut the objective off. It's also not uncommon for the defenders to fail to close the ticket deficit before the final objective, so the attackers can often force the defenders to run out of tickets if they play smart.

Gonna be honest here: its shit, the layout of the last point is so bad for the vietnamese team, and the grass renders around you only with low settings, giving you an advantage, also there are too many blank spots.

I'm always glad to hear some suggestions for improvement. If you can be more specific, I'd definitely consider making some changes, depending on what TWI and AMG are comfortable with.

This map is abysmal. This flat map with that much open space and those limiting combat areas on the flanks really drives home how lazy it is. This map needs major work, possibly even a complete overhaul.

Ah, I see. I don't think that's necessary. I play a lot of games with the Bloodbath regulars, who are all very good, and even when we play US on Georgina we lose the match a fair amount because of ticket drain. You're right that it's very hard to get into F, but bleeding the enemy out is a legitimate tactic in real life too.

The Mosin is beyond my control. The reason you could use it was that I changed a setting for the Rifleman and MG classes that technically made them NVA classes. However, the latest update removed the ability of that setting to actually have an affect. I won't be adding time or tickets until I see how the next update works out. I am looking into lighting settings.

Oh and there is very small sized objectives making it cake to just surround the objective and camp spawns making an easy win for attackers, hellish to defend. Rebalance and maybe it will be ok

Map is kinda bad, very little cover at some points making it easy to just camp spawns, large fields with grass that only pops in at 50m so hiding in the grass makes 0 sense since anyone over that distance will just seel you laying on the ground.

Too North tipped. Only once seen South win once, but even then it was by stalling with 0 to 90+ tickets

The no-go areas could use some tweaks and there could be a building or two near the ricefield. Besides that, an interesting map with a lot of long-range combat

Just played this map on a server, unfortunately I joined by the round's end and didn't get to see any other objectives other than B and C.

The map is not well optimised for low-end computers, it feels like there is a lot more foliage than in any stock map, and it severly affects performance. Also, the lightning in B is *very* dark in low settings, you can barely see the gun you hold, let alone the terrain and/or enemies.

Anyway, I look forward to playing this one again soon and see the whole map.

Really awesome map, but everything past point D causes massive FPS drop for me. Goes from 70+ to around 20 in the big open areas.

Ok this map is amazing, but the last sector needs some work: it's way too open for attackers. And defenders have it way too easy in that sector.

Maybe add some more cover like small houses/sheds ?
