Guys, I will try update it soon, becouse I was out of Steam for half a year. But I am not sure that this will be in 100% working.

Y'all, you can get it to work without him updating. Find the mod file in your Documents > Paradox Interactive > Hearts of Iron IV > mod, then edit ugc_1106362939 in Notepad to say 1.9.3 for the game version. Do the same with the file in your mod folder in Users > Program Files x86 > Steam > steamapps > workshop > content > 394360, then into the 1106362939 folder for this particular mod.
