That's a question I can't (and won't) answer. With a little research, you'll find everything that isn't private with ease. I get my stuff from GameMaps.com and the Steam workshop.

I haven't looked into the files in ages, but the other one probably still uses the original M92FS sounds and far as I can remember, my remastered versions usually contain shelldrop sounds, which the original ones in most cases didn't. Like I said though, I haven't looked into this in a very long time.

If you want gunfire sounds only, I highly suggest you to get the Left 4 Dead Authoring Tools from the tools section, subscribe to the mod and remove the files you don't want.

I love it, but would you consider uploading a version with gunfire sounds only? I like the gunfire sounds but everything else like the reload sounds don't quite go with the animations.

Since the original Insurgency sound mod made by me was actually a co-work with tu stultus es, it was created to work well with his weapon ports (and still does). I chose those sounds on purpose and I will not change out any of these.
