As neat as a wine stopper is.. this... particular item is unfortunately rather vague in appearence. I can think of several unmentionable reasons why Valve won't add this.

Cool, although I guarantee that this will be a big sell with bronies due to the fact that the handle looks just like the Crystal Heart from the season 3 premiere (don't ask how i know that.... please.)
I agree that something this cool should have its own traits. The one thing I'd change is the texture; I can't tell if it's crystal or metal or both, it's a sort of weird in-between shade at the moment.

It's too nice to be a knife reskin. How about this;

i like bakers weapon stat idea, and i normally dont like auggested weapon stats
