@Aquilifer Argentus I appreciate your complements, I enjoy making assets that capture the small town spirit. Also, I looked at some pics of Lovington and marked some buildings there that I will likely model in the near future.

At one time, there was an old building very much like this on Adams Street in Lovington, N.M. As a small boy, I used to sit on the counter while my father and the owner put together parts for a job!

It's nice to see someone whose excellent descriptions and concise asset information matches the quality and immagination of their offered asset. Too many assets are offered with zero or almost no information. Thank-you for your hard work and excellence!!!

@libertad-pb I think I will make future assets growable/RICO-ready, I figured it gives people more freedom of use.
