May have been someone else's actually (there are 4 or so people who sometimes mess around together with Brick Rigs for youtube videos). I can't find it off-hand, but one of them probably just grabbed it off the workshop after seeing the new grass and flower textures that are now in the game and figuring they'd make a joke about it.

Well, I noticed it when GrayStillPlays did a video that featured the mower (I suspect he was reacting to the new flowers/grass stuff and just searched jokingly for a mower, and some of its unintentional maneuverability functions made an appearance in the video)

You should try doing the propeller thing on this mower with a race car sometime. It would generate some really good downforce and give it some pretty awesome controlability.
