The end screen disappointed me, I want to play more!
nice mixture of basic jump'n'run and sidescrollshooter with terraria-esque sandboxelements.
The controls are a bit strange though
I would use a to jump and s to shoot to be honest
Here are some suggestions, some of which you are probably working on right now anyway:
-make the hero smaller or the screen bigger, so we could have a better view of the stage (thats really important);
-more different enemies. your enemies are robots with similar functions and all have the similar color/sizes and that makes the game a little monotonous;
-improve the way you can switch between weapons, or prevent them from reloading. I managed to beat the game just with the drill, easily. Force your player to use all three weapons;
-add a button to prevent your hero to walk while shooting at diagonals, or add a 'non walking' shooting button;
-though the music is great, the 'loop' should take longer. The composer could add a few more steps to it in order to make it more rich and interesting;
-somewhat I get a a little tired of digging through the same tile. There should be a way to make it more diverse. Probably exploring better the tile tipes you presented early in the game.
thanks for playing! :D
