You can find it in any Coalition base areas. You cannot craft it

Its not craftable, and won't be making it craftable sadly, best if spawn it in yourself.

Its just the backpack. Its ment to be worn with normal Vanilla Coalition Clothings. Modded clothing might work, but thats up to you. Sorry.

Yes sadly, sorry if you're disappointed but it only does spawn on germany. However i did hear it is earnable in the Liberator as a glitch or something. Still unsure why.

No, because there are no Coalition Areas except the Liberator but that is a safezone.
