Maybe you could have it look like the weapon is pointing up.

hmm, do you mean how the weapon hand is always off to the side? the reason why was because the weapon wouldn't look correct other wise.

lol, so just follow the red arrow. It takes awhile to get to the abandoned temple, I have more planned for in between the dungeon and town.
Plus there is a bug with the kobold boss(the kobold that is quite larger than the rest)... I think you will figure it out XD

Thank you for letting us know about the bug, we actually have fixed it about a week ago.
We also know that there are alot of combat and graphics that need fixes, we only had a week to create it all, we are currently working on making a goblin village, bug fixes, and a questing system and map system in the near future.

Ill try to angle the spear into a direction that is easier to use, I'mTehQ.
As for cowboyRomo, I will add pictures as soon as yoyogames has announced the winner, i do not want my game to be disqualified from the competition.
I would also like to ask you all if you would find further development of this game enjoyable, I am willing to work on it, but only if the game seems like something you would enjoy.

im planing on adding more monsters to the current demo version (goblins, men, wolves, zombies, and skeletons are currently planned, more will be added) and thieves sound cool to :D

Perharps more monsters in the way with random potion drop for health.

so far it is only gml, i hopefully will learn C++ in the near future, and maybe recreate a better/faster engine.
and that is a great suggestion Glardian, I will try adding sprinting soon.
the reason why I wanted the dungeons to be far, was to add a traveling feel, where it could be dangerous along the way... so far, the only dangers are wimpy kobold things :P

maybe instead of making the dungeon more closer, why not make the player move faster or have a sprint?

thank you for the feedback, ill make the dungeon easier to get too, maybe add a path and more stuff on the way to make it more interesting. I am planning on making death animation stuff. I will also be adding plenty of more monsters, dungeons, better quest system, gear, cities, and possibly a story.

thank you for letting me know that glardian, there are a few major bugs in this version. I would like to add my new debugged version, but I cant until after this competition. :/
