it has turrets, puzzles, but is more dangerous than most of my maps.
so please use F5-quick save. especialy from cage to the very end.

It was a great map with very good ideas and I liked them to the end. Anyway a few flaws I saw:
1. After not recognizing the pulsing of the laser fields first, I pressed the first pedestal button a second time and got stuck.
2. The second fizzler has a little too fast pulsrate - it's tedious to get the cube through there.
3. I was nosy about what happens in the little tunnel, then the time runs out and I stuck.
4. And in the exit room, after I took out the towers manually, I don't recognize, what else the pedestal button would do, as the signage doesn't tell me anything. By surprise the Companion finally was somewhere else, without knowing what I've done anyway, so I could finish.

Even better then the last! Really liked the manipulation of the cube at the end, and to retrieved it from the upper grating! You've come a long way from your first version! And was glad you "re-worked" it so the turrets blast whould still be there!

good update.
this time I did use speed gel or polarity funel by it.
due to added grating & removal of laser field & fizzler, made intended sollution clearer.
I did loose the cube in the goo, near exit. did not bother me, as I had done a recent quicksave.
but anyone who does not save, would be trapped.
did not see any reason for the pedestal button in the exit area (after the light bridge)
that altered the funel polarity.
liked the speed gel / cube / stairs sollution.
I believe I have completed using the intended sollution, at last :)
update has greatly improved your map. enjoyed / fun :}

you fixed the exploit I told you about.
I don't think I have figured out your intended solution yet.
as when I turned off the laser field, to exit area, I was already on the other side.
did not understand the fizzler or button that turns it off by piston.
I did not use speed gel or polarity funel by it.
though I did get killed by the laser field you added.
suicide, as was trapped by funel, (freed cube first).
is harder since update, but although I exited, I don't think by the way you intended.

@mood3rd, you are very very sneaky LOL.... Thanks for finding this exploit I think I have fixed it, so if you have the time, could you try it again to see if you can still get through?
@tedwilliams Unfortunately, due to the item limit, the map had to be reduced. I have made it a little bit longer, if you are willing to give it another go :)

this must have took you a while.
their are exploits you may not know about:
when you cross the alternating funels, you fire a portal into the portable floor at the bottom of the stairs, go to the cube via the piston, fire the 2nd portal where the cube is against the wall, the funel is pushing it to. go through with cube, up stairs. you then jump to the other side of the laser field. fire a portal at the area opposite the button that reveals the exit.
take the cube back to the entrance area, fire the 2nd portal where the funel hits the portable area. put the cube into the funel & go to the exit. I hope this is helpfull :)
ps I did try alternate way, where I lasered turrets on different test, love killing turrets.

Very nice. It was over and I was hoping for more. That's rare with me. Usually I'm looking for the exit. Not so this time. Took some serious thinking. The Tunnels leading back are a nice touch. I used one to move forward though. I hope that was the intended way. Thumbs up and all that.

Really fun! Nice one, the gel on the cube! Laser and turrets duo = always fun!
