Where are the bottom parts`I can't find them. Fin it! is isntalled of course, but I only can see the top parts.

Like the appartment and wonder if there is a way to make a Style with more of these appartments? Like a modern city area?

I love these!!!
But i would love some like 2x4/4x4 residental boxes that looks just like the building made in the thumbnail
I dont like the empty space in the inside so much

@Saprika The fire values haven't been edited so they really shouldn't catch fire more than usual.
@larrylovesyou Pretty sure you need Advanced Road Anarchy and press Ctrl A for that.

What Anarchy Mod works for ploping the top part of the building? Building Anarchy mod does not seem designed for that. Verry cool mod though.

Decrease the value so all buildings in one block combined is approximately the same as a normal building

Are these only the top parts of the modular buildings? Or it includes the same bottom part as your other modular building? Either way love it and super excited to see more, esp if you make some with stepbacks :D
