@matt: we noticed that in some cases there are problems with the modfolders: DS Houses (including the empty space) should rather become DS_Houses ... but if it is not your own server it might be hard to change ...
getModelInfo cursorTarget
In your Debug Console while looking at the house will help you find out what addon its from
https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/871869608909185740/8D73D2382751FC6579B6ECE1205A9FC976F0EE90/
If you are running arma3 server & workshop content, you need to get use to authors updating addons. Kinda how it works
Also i don't push updates on weekends to make it easier on server owners.
You should keep an eye on this forum thread
https://forums.bistudio.com/forums/topic/209376-ds-houses/
Also there is http://workshop.a3launcher.com/#!/home
Which will alert you when a steam workshop addon for you server was updated.
Cheers
Thanks
