@OPER8R i downlaoded an mp 38 reskin a long time ago from gamebanna sadly it got removed i still have it lying on my PC tho. The mods animations are based on the Sten Mk.ll but it is a bit broken due tue doi updates the sling isnt attached because the mod was published before slings were added and every time you try to reload it, it makes the punching animations.

I am not good atmoding if someone wants to fix it contact me and make the mod public on Steam workshop please.

I basically have the Enfield all finished up, it's just a matter of me going over and re-checking everything (it's almost like quality assurance for mods XD) But as for veteran skins I really don't have any plans regarding those skins since they are already unique in their own way. But who knows, maybe when Im finished with most of the vanilla weapons I'll make do some wacky stuff with 'em.

You may need higher settings for a bigger difference.

JAZ's version is a lot darker and has a slightly worn look to it. The vanillia mp40 texture had a wierd light grey color. I even looked at picures of ww2 mp40s and they weren't that light grey. If JAX wanted, he could even make a version with dark oak inlays on the side of the gun witch some mp40's had but this is a big improvment over the vanilla.

That part is called bakelite and it was almost like an early plastic but I have changed it to a darker color and added more wear to the metal as well as the metal being less reflective.

then it should be clear that there is a difference between this and the vanilla textures for the MP40. Unless something is screwing up and isn't showing you the skin for some reason.

It's a skin, to change the texture(s) of a weapon to give it a different appearance ingame

This pack will include all weapons (at least the ones you can shoot stuff out of) and their respective attachments because I vowed to finally complete an overhaul project for these guns to myself. And I make them because I like them too XD (and scratch that idea about order of faction weapons lol, there's no way I'm gonna be able to follow that for long)

That BAR will come soon enough, the next weapon for the US forces I have planned is the M1 carbine and Para varient (actually almost finished). I believe there is a tiny preview of it in my Garand specialist's screenshots. Then I'll do another Brit weapon, I think my order (although I really don't have one) is German, Commonwealth, then US.
