I really hope this one will be available for TPF2!

Will it be available for TP2?
Thank you,

Nice, tbf I love how this mod looks in the simple version.
Enzojz  [author] 3 Sep, 2019 @ 3:45am
@th3maldonado In fact I found this bug and fixed it last week, just wait until to see if any other improvements can be done :)
th3maldonado 2 Sep, 2019 @ 2:07pm
Thanks :D

@th3maldonado Fixed

The "Simple" Version of junction is floating above the upper segment rather than being below it. "Flying Junction" works normally.

@Енвый \|/ RIJSEL \|/ @Sleinous Not my mod's fault, since the code on the line 684 doesn't do arithmetic operation. Please check if it's a mod overwritten (by some other), load this mod at least.

This error is usually caused by modding. The syntax of some game ressources is not correct.

Not sure it's 100% correct cause I had to type it, unable to copy paste
Apparemment Jacques 26 Aug, 2019 @ 7:56am
same error as sleinous, I'm trying to use it on my game, as soon as I click on the icon the game freezes for 2 seconds and the crashes back to desktop, I also had this crash with the mod for railtracks&railtracks a while back with another map and some of the options got the game to crash but some were working fine (although would sometimes freeze the game for 10 to 30 seconds)
it's a shame cuz this mod is amazing
Sleinous 25 Aug, 2019 @ 5:21am
Flying Junction road extensions crashes to desktop; regardless of load order.

Been a while but I clearly remember a time when placing intersection left a group of objects we could then individually delete. Now it's back to monolithic?
Previous way was far more useful as it allowed us to shorten road/street to absolute minimum and get it as flat as possible or place stops right next to it or ...
You see, I either do elevated or underground train stations. And as such I like things flat. With elevated this comes at both ends and allows nice round-a-station streets layout.
Slightly related: would it be possible to have bridge versions of your track patterns? Where applicable ofc.
AlVee 10 Jun, 2019 @ 4:42pm
@Enzojz Thanks, I will give it a try.
Dzięki!
Enzojz  [author] 10 Jun, 2019 @ 1:09pm
@Lucky_Vince If you want to use them in cities, use a maximal slope, the maximal road slope factor (x4) and 50% elevation to get the shortest length,
Enzojz  [author] 10 Jun, 2019 @ 1:07pm
@Lucky_Vince I have just talked in below why 90° is not possible..
Cooki3 10 Jun, 2019 @ 5:40am
At this point, just re-do the entire thing. Even if it means a lot of work, by now I would describe this mod as broken.
AlVee 10 Jun, 2019 @ 5:01am
Hi, I think your mod could be great.
But somehow I can't get the junction to a 90° angle, although I click on 90°. :(
Would therefor be a need for a 100 at the angle option?
Am I doing something wrong?

Also with elevation 0, the tracks get long as hell.
Meaning you can't use them in cities.
Enzojz  [author] 31 May, 2019 @ 2:32pm
@HaddockA Fixing it requires a total reworking since this mod is fundementally built on the biasis the crossing angle not equals to 90. Then what you see 90 is acutally 89.9 and in some conditions it leads to crash caused by roundings.
juliejayne 17 May, 2019 @ 8:36am
I really appreciate the work that has gone into this mod, and am hoping that it will be included in the base game of TPF2

But until that is released I am trying to use the mod and getting constant crashes. I was wondering, is there a particular order in the loading of mods that this mod must follow, or is there a particular setting combination that the mod cannot handle. I have found that changing settings from the bottom of the list first works best. But I still cannot get it to allow me to do what I need to.

I just need a simple seperated large road beneath and 10 tracks across the top at 90 degrees.

Perfect thank you. For those with the same issue the Asset Section is found by pressing the TERRAIN button at the bottom of the screen, then select the 2nd button (Asset Brush)
Enzojz  [author] 11 Mar, 2019 @ 2:31am
@Nirivana @ianmmanson In asset section.
Nirivana 10 Mar, 2019 @ 6:27am
This mod doesnt work any more? It does not appear in the menu for building like the last time...
ianmmanson 9 Mar, 2019 @ 10:51am
Hi, I have 1.18 installed, and ticked on the Enabled mods, however it (and others similar) don't appear in any menu once in a game. Any ideas?
Quince99 12 Feb, 2019 @ 12:20pm
Finally I can say that 89 deg seems to have worked, thank you. I've tried other types of junction at 90 deg with various options and they haven't created an AppHang error at all. I have now been able to replace my 8-track level crossing with a decent flyover bridge so it doesn't hold up my fleet of trucks any more!
Quince99 10 Feb, 2019 @ 5:45am
Thank you - will try that and see if it affects the outcome.
Enzojz  [author] 9 Feb, 2019 @ 3:54pm
@Quince99 What if you use 89 deg instand of 90 deg?
Quince99 9 Feb, 2019 @ 3:51pm
Your mods have worked successfully since removing Common API from my loadout. However, I've now experienced consistent crashes with the road/rail junction when attempting to set it up. In brief the basic setup is this:

1. Rail upper level, high-speed tracks, no catenary.
2. Road lower level, small route.
3. Crossing angle is 90 deg.
4. 2 tracks to begin with, final version will have 8.
5. Transitions only for upper level not road.
6. All other settings unaltered at this time.

The lower road curve radius can be adjusted (not that it needs to be for my purpose) but when trying to adjust the radius for the upper (rail) level an AppHang crash results every time. I am constructing this in an open area of landscape to get the appearance right before trying to connect it to rail and trying to amend the curve radius freezes the screen every time.
Shoddyfrog 7 Feb, 2019 @ 2:09am
Changing to 90 and back from 90. I have since found that it is changing the angle when too close to a town that causes a crash, as long as I make alterations in a empty part of the map and then move the junction into place my computer can cope. I only have 8gb of RAM so maybe it is all a bit much for the poor thing.
Enzojz  [author] 6 Feb, 2019 @ 2:32pm
@Shoddyfrog Please post the angles that crashes
Shoddyfrog 6 Feb, 2019 @ 3:33am
Often crashes when I change crossing angle,
Installed the flying junction mod, this and the mod that enables achievements with mods active.
Never had any mods previously and these three are the only mods installed.
Just quits to desktop, no error message.
Enzojz  [author] 29 Jan, 2019 @ 3:49am
@1226431332 Check if you have loaded multiple version of the mod, c.f some historic version from transportfever.net etc.
睡にまびちらいはい 29 Jan, 2019 @ 3:45am
i dont know.I clicked this series in the asset then the game crashed directly
Enzojz  [author] 29 Jan, 2019 @ 12:46am
@Señor Mustacho I can't reproduce the crash you described, please give more details
Enzojz  [author] 29 Jan, 2019 @ 12:46am
@1226431332 Well, how to reproduce it?
睡にまびちらいはい 28 Jan, 2019 @ 8:27pm
local function retriveX(fn, prepared)
return {
upper = {
A = fn(prepared.upper.A),
B = fn(prepared.upper.B)
fn value can't be returned, game crashes
Señor Mustacho 19 Jan, 2019 @ 2:56pm
This mod became really unstable for me. When I set the hight of the structure to anything between 0 and 100% the game will crash. The game also will sometimes crash when setting curves or slopes. The same also goes for the normal flying junction. I hope you can fix this, if you are still working on this.
William McCarty 4 Jan, 2019 @ 7:49am
crashed my game a lot cause of lagging the game when i tried to set parameters like track length and curve and that. when i tried to remove it my game couldn't launch a map cause it wasn't completely removed and it created problems
Cooki3 3 Jan, 2019 @ 7:39am
Man catch yourself a break. His other responses are perfectly legible.

*cringe* your English is really bad, you're so bad at English man. Sorry but you need to work on that before chating or posting things online.
Enzojz  [author] 1 Jan, 2019 @ 6:16am
@gordon.pilcher1 should read changelog before ask

gordon.pilcher1 30 Dec, 2018 @ 6:42pm
Hoe do I go abut contacting UG?
Paradinse 20 Dec, 2018 @ 2:30pm
do I look like a guy that would do that XD
Enzojz  [author] 20 Dec, 2018 @ 11:13am
@gordon.pilcher1 Write to UG about it or report it in the test thread, they are normally quite responsive, I have no way to fix bugs beyond the mod functionalities.
