Unfortunately I don't really play CS any more and don't even have the expansions for more service buildings. In other words; don't hold your breath waiting for more corner buildings.

I've been using these in almost every city I've made in this game. I love them. BUT every time I use them I have the same problem. FIVE CORNER BUILDINGS!!!!!!

My brain rebels every time. I am on a never-ending quest to find a way to organise them so that they don't look unbalanced and untidy. I need to find a pattern that turns inside the square (rectangle) and some other lot or building to ad in there that will make the end product look neat.

What I could really do with though, is three new corner buildings, or one new corner with a passenger helicopter stop on it (I think I could face placing that on three corners), because I really, really cannot face plonking down extra copies of some of the existing corners. It would look neat, but in my head it would be so untidy.

I love your work, but I think you're a bit of a cruel fiend too.

What does the water department do? is it like a water tower or water treatment plant or something?

Very good idea but it would be better if there was a door for services cars and trucks.

They are the ones with "helipad" in their names. There is also the Recreation Department if you don't have the disasters DLC.

I can't find it. I can't find the university department either. I subscribed to them, but they don't appear in-game, even when I have the stock version of it.

The Recycling Department collects garbage.

is there a way to pre-made, pre-plot all of these at once .. so one button and you can put down all necessary services together at the same time ?

I know others have made buildings that you can run roads through but I would have to research how it's done. I'll consider it, though.

no worries, been using them and they do give a nice look in the city.
just have 1 request, if possible.... do some sort of a arch building to place roads under it, it would fit nice to make the set larger and maybe plot a park in the center of it with roads around for parking space. just an idea. ^^

Yes, they spawn the apropriate vehicles.

I know people like stats but I did these more for looks. Right now I don't really feel like going in game and writing down all of their stats, especially when the asset editor keeps crashing on me. :\

so, these will spawn the right vehicles for the service? deathcare department will spawn hearses, police will spawn police cars, etc?
info about each building function and stats would be welcome.

The helipad departments are the corners.

There is also the Recreation Department that function as a park and can be used as a corner when you don't need, want or have the regular departments. It provides recreational helicopter rides for citizens from it's rooftop helipad. Their helicopters are invisible though. And silent. Probably electric.
