Could have, say, 7-14% depending on neutral to best morale, instead of 10-25%.
Just the combo addict in me whining.
My reworks make rank progression better/smoother for lower tier units, though not nearly as dramatic as in "leveled units very strong".
Yeah, lucky could get really frustrating. But I wouldn't drop my guard if I were you, because even without lucky, the absence of physical weakness makes their early game much more consistent, which in turn gives them a better chance to ramp up!
No more I will hesitate to fight an lucky evil halfling, who want to conquer my frozen lands with is overpowered chickens throwers and his lucky evil hobbits warriors.
