Nice one, mate, & in a sweet ironic twisty way, the smithing armor cannot be tempered. Funny, I like it. 'Didn't find the ring in Jewelery but it may show up later, my games been a little wonky lately.

Dang Genesis822 , awesome mod , EXACTLY what I was looking for . Your's is the only one tht made it past the glitch tht lvls you too much by Smithing. Great job : )
