I made it so when you direct download the mod, all you have to do is drag and drop.

Maybe its because you don’t have the DLC characters since a majority of the portraits are for them.

thatsa cause it needs additional files which i didnt upload.

that's why i can't download from KF? if i made to download from Mozilla with workshop downloader where i should put PonyPortraits.utx? or what should i add to make it work? because i tried everything but can't make it work.

Sorry, apperently missing my laptop for 1 day made me completely forget about the update.
IDK when i will release the update as i an really no longer interested in KF in general.

That's a shame, cause this mod is pretty cool. You know, I think I can fix the .upl files by looking into the .utx file for the correct paths. I'll be trying to do it during this week and then, if I succeed, I can also upload it all to mediafire or other cloud service. Finally I can send you the link so you put it in this page. What do you think?

KF's workshop is very (very) buggy, dont bother subscribing.
I am happy that you are the first person to ever bother to investigate their problem.

The problem is that the upls are searching for a path that doesnt exist. The texture it wants has been renamed theres a error. Like commando chicken is looking for a "CommandoPinkie" when its now called "ChickenPie" or something like that,
The next problem is that the actual texture file is completely outdated and the download has a outdated version. Again, don't bother subscribing cause the workshop is crap.
I dont have the laptop that has my work as of now so your gonna need to wait a day (few hours).

It gets confusing on my side as i have multiple versions of the same thing in my laptop along with several different paths to crap i have worked on. My KF is also heavily modified so a mismatch is bound to occur.

I've read all these comments but I still can't get to solve the fact that some of the portraits are missing. According to the log file some textures failed to load because they couldn't be found. I have the PonyPortraits.utx of the mediafire link of the description, I think that file might be an old version of itself (It only weights around 2mb and the one that is supposed to be downloaded by just subscribing weights around 6mb). But when I subscribe in order to get the file it never downloads, and my steam crashes for some reason... So I downloaded it manually and pasted it on the Textures folder, however, after doing that, the game couldn't launch... Now I don't know what to do. Maybe you could upload the 6mb .utx file that we are supposed to get from subscribing?

Check your KillingFloor.log as it will show why it has removed the Pyros.

Those 3 (im assuming you mean the soldiers/police) don't have new portraits. I have stated that not everyone gets a pony portrait.

Lastly, you dont have to mention the mediafire links. Its not my fault Valve wants to axe that website completely. I use mediafire for all my uploads but i don't have time to reupload everything.

been using this mod just a nice simple change witch i like but has a bit of a bug it removes 2 characters from my list the red and blue pyro
and 3 other characters that you get without any dlc packs don't have ther portrait changed

and the mediafire download was removed
