This is pretty sick, but there is no Communism policy in BNW anymore, sooo it doesn't do anything, which sucks lol. So could you please update it so that it activates upon one of the order policies or even Order itself?

I second Dvengari's comment below, but I think instead of the Patriotic War policy it should be changed to the Resettlement policy. I realize the monument is about a battle, but having it depend on a second-tier policy for the ideology would make more sense, and in a roundabout way having something called The Motherland Calls having something to do with Resettlement seems to fit together well. I'd say work it in with a third-tier policy but none of the three really work for this.
Besides that I think the yield is very appropriate, and I look forward to using this mod when it's updated to work with BNW.

If this gets updated (hopefully for BNW), you should use the art [well-of-souls.com] Firaxis made for it.

This wonder should unlock with Military Science, and it's completion should allow you to adopt an ideology (as though you had built 3 factories).

+100 production, + 100 happiness would be more meaningful.

Seems that the Communism policy was removed in BNW. May I suggest replacing the linked policy with Patriotic War? The latter's effect and Pedia description really brings the defense of Stalingrad in mind.

Communism provides +2 hammer/city, +1 hammer/mine, quarry. And tree bonus gives +2 food, science, gold, culture/city.

Communism is a policy within the Order tree - it used to provide +5 production in every city, I can't remember what it provides now

Oh and they changed the policy name to Order - might want to update your description.

Nice to see wonders that are linked with a particular policy - always felt the lattar policies needed a bit more love. I presume the 10 production is in the city that built it.
- Given that Order is meant to support large sprawling emprires, maybe break up the 10 production to +2/+3 for every city instead?
- 10 Happiness doesn't gel well with your MLK memorial, maybe reduce to 5 and give all units a +25% bonus when fighting in friendly territory? Since it commerates the bloodiest city defence in history.

Great mod, I've used it in game, and love it. One heads up to people who are downloading it: Subscribe to it, it's a very small download, so you may not notice it if you're not paying attention, but it should be there in the mod menu.

It's funny because in real life when the Soviets built it they didn't put in any foundations because they thought it's weight would be enough and now it is tilting a bit.
