It works now!

@IndigoAura Found a Bug in the AudioBank and so I rebuilt the Mod from Scratch to make sure that Bug didn't make it into the newest Version. Sorry for the Inconvience, this Bug never found its way into my other Voicepacks but it should be gone forever now.

The only think i see on inspection is some inconsistancy in file names between Applebloom and Sweetie versus scoots. Scoots is FemaleVoice1_Test.upk, while the others are FemaleVoice1_Sweetie.upk and FemaleVoice1_Applebloom.upk

hope that helps, I wouldnt really know how to diagnose this.

@IndigoAura I see what I can do tomorrow morning. It's strange that it works just fine for me and it's not coded any differently than my other Voicepacks.

Yea, doublechecked it was a fresh copy just now, still no dice

@IndigoAura Delete it from your Mod Folder to make sure you are getting the updated version.

@Kro Ruvaak Thanks for telling me. There must a been a error when it's final version got compliled. Its been rebuilt and it works fine now.

Hiya. I really like your mods, but I've got a problem with this one. It's selectable as a voice pack, but is completely silent during combat and when the "Preview" button is used in the character creator. I've checked it and all the files appear to be present in the mod folder (I compared it with the Applebloom mod), so it's not that. All your other voicepacks work fine.

Also, the Readme for it says it's for Princess Celestia (and it's definitely the Scootaloo mod, matching ID and all the other references are to Scootaloo), but I doubt that's causing the functionality problem.

She's got a Heart that is relative in Strength to that of a Horse.
