Tooltip explains that she "Transfers DMG Received" But every time i attack with it all that happens is she does her Base attack dmg, regardless of how much dmg she took last round or how much health she has
Due to nature of the mod its hard to find any information on it. Does anyone know what the deal is? i cant tell if the skill is busted or if im doing something wrong
Revelation always does damage to people with the talisman, it's not just the Offering however it's also important to note: Offerings Guards INCREASES the damage she takes. So if your spaming it that's likely why it's dealing 8-12.
I still completed the quest quite easily (other heroes were Lamia, Exorcist and Fawn), But I guess it's a bug.
She took a while to appear and I don't like her gameplay to be honest (I love her lewd design but unlike the Fawn it didn't resonate with me in the "darkest vibe")
Since I'm rolling with a lot of class mods leaving her there is just gonna bloat things up imo.
My Offering was hit with a 60 crit Treebranch Smackdown and I was so hype to transfer that damage back to that smelly mushroom ogreboi but instead of a burly chad 60 damage I got a flaccid 20 crit returned. :(
Thanks again for the clarification! :)
And as always thank you Muscarine for your phenomenal modded classes!
Currently uninstalled all the mods except for The Offering and started a new save file, unfortunately the ability Mellow (at least level 1) doesn't seem to work as intended, not dealing any extra damage based on The Offering's HP.
It does transfer the debuffs, so there still may be a niche for her. Quite unfortunate since the class plays so interestingly.
For those that are confused on how to use her below is a quick reference:
Her focus is more to spreading debuff with Quiet Skill and using her bread and butter skill Licentious to go front line while softening enemies with PROT.
Once she reaches 66% unleash her strongest skill Mellow which deal base dmg + current missing HP% which hits like a truck plus increasing her own PROT to cap.
Support skills are situational, i'd recommend to not rely on them as they debuff her with a stacking +20% DMG taken which helps Offering to hit her 66% faster but dangerous to spam.
In short, Offering is not really a support tank class but more to a Bunker type of class that once she hits the her sweet spot of 66% HP she starts stacking damage, capping PROT and reducing enemies CRIT Chance which makes her control the battle and stress taken by party from enemy crits.
not the mod author and very late but from what I understand
The stun is because her guard is permanent. So if you need to drop it you can.
And one of her moves transfers the damage increase debuff to enemies.
Unless Deviant Tastes prevents heroes from using guard skills now.
Supposedly, she would be best used on a dancer party, since she can pull and push other team members while guarding them, but I find that she's often moved from position 1 while doing that.
The subpar method I've been using her is to guard the hero on the last position, while pushing them back. Haven't found a good use for the ability that pulls the hero forward without screwing
the party formation yet.
I'd like to hear some examples of party compositions you find most efficient with the Offering.
Thanks a lot for the explanation
It transferees the damage taken increase Debuffs the offerings guards give her.
I wanted to ask something: sometimes when I guard an ally, her pull/knockback gets resisted an the ally stays in place. Does move resist from your allies plays a part on it or is that not intended to happen?
It's korean localization for anyone.
I just got one tonight from the wagon and haven't had a chance to check her out yet. loving all these classes you have made though.
I like using her as my main tank. Any way to boost the chances of her showing up in the stagecoach? I prefer to keep two of each type I use - one active duty, and one getting negative perks/diseases purged.
In either case, great mod(s).
