Since the mod is new, the mod author can be made aware of these adjusted collisions and add them to their mod. Anyone is free to use them for their own critters.
And K'Rakoths last major update did actually add them after I suggested it. So that mods critters now can navigate over blocks.

Feel free to use the updated collision tweaks I made for this update. Anyone can use them for their own custom critters in their mods.

Hi there! ^^ I'm planning on adding some critters to the My Enternia mod soon, and was wondering if it would be okay for me to incorporate the tweaks similar to these for those new critters so that they work properly out-of-the box and so you don't have to add them in this mod - would that be okay with you?

I don't play starbound anymore and that likely won't change anytime soon. This was hacked together over half a decade ago and I had no idea what I was doing then. Glad to hear someone is fixing fixed critters lol.

I can either add a link redirecting people to your new version or I can add you as a creator and we release an update for this one with your better version. Whichever you'd prefer more.

I'm posting here to check if the creator of this mod's creator is still around.
I was creating a fixed version of this, with no broken hitbox or overly enlarged hitboxes for critters, and support for certain mods that also add in their own critters.
But would like to hold off uploading that myself for a bit in case the possibility that updating this mod was possible.

Hi, for information.. just confirmed that foxes, bunnies, and other garden planet critters on planet where I just started a game behave the same as without this mod :) I can't say anything about the others, but they're probably behaving the same way.

hey coolestdragonever, sorry about all the trouble you went through and thanks for letting me know. I made this mod back in like 2017 and have totally forgotten how to mod starbound since then.

however, i'll try to make time to figure out what's going wrong, especially since it seems a lot of critters are no longer "fixed" for some reason.

Hello! Been using this mod for some time but it is only now after a lot of trial and error and searching through my list of mods that I noticed that this mod causes all critters to be unable to be picked up by the relocator, as well as not with the bug net either (which is a part of another mod I have). I don't know why it does this, as it's just supposed to fix so that they're able to walk up blocks, but maybe you could look into it and see if you find anything?

This is soooo late and I'm not sure if it's even needed anymore, but I finally updated the mod to include the farm animals. I'm getting back into the game so I will keep an eye out for anymore that I missed.

The reported sightings of fish walking on land is still a mystery.... but definitely not caused by this mod. :cozycrashfish:

Doesn't really works.
Some critters are fixed, but lot of them are still bugged like in vanilla. Or maybe they come from Frackin Universe? I don't know...

@The Real Chloe Price if you get to updating it, could you please also upload a copy to a non-DRM repository, like Nexus? Dedicated servers tend to need both versions.

It could be an issue with another mod, but I believe this mod is also affecting fish. I've seen a number of fish swim right out of the water and wiggle along the ground, which probably shouldn't be happening.

Sorry for the lack of updates; had some hardware issues with my laptop and the usual holiday annoyances. I'll first update this mod with the critters I initially missed (penguins, fluffalos, etc.) and from there release a seperate patch for FU critters.
