Yes, I looked at the files and also didn't find the place to edit the createrd teams. Shame :(

You created a team, as I said to the guy down below, we can't edit Create a Team at all, so think of it as an extra hard difficulty. I'll add a note in the description.

Hello, thanks for this package.
I started a new game, creating a team, but it did't start with "-Everyone starts with Racetrack Level 1 and Forecasting Center Level 1."

No, the file has been randomized so it's different to Vanilla, but we can't make it random at every start of a new game as that's impossible without changing the game's internal code.

The only drivers we can't change are the Create a Team drivers as they're not allowed on workshop.

Randomized, yes. Not random each time you start a save though, that's unfortunately impossible.

Feel free to add the ladies back in... Just open the Drivers.txt file from the folder steam downloads the mod to. Change as many M's to F's as you want...done.

I was wondering when someone was going to mentiong the lack of women in the game. Simply put, I removed them so I could more easily add new names. I didnt want to have to separate male and femal names because I wanted to get the mod finished as soon as possible.

Mechanixm worked on the driver aspects, that's not my doing. I'd have preferred them in, but it's not my driver file. Nexxus Mega Mod has the female drivers though, so give that a go if you want. :)

I have been playing for maybe a season and a bit on Create a Team, great mod, although I have noticed that you have either removed Women Drivers from the Game? Or for some reason they are all MIA....Any reason for this?

Some are saying this mod might be TOO Ultra for the general public. How would you respond to that allegation?
