New campaign has this map-pack installed, first city slums map I have and I've got floating sensor towers too ... !!
Nope. I just live with them.
Yes
Just a thought, but you've not got the non-WotC version subscribed too? IIRC the only times I've seen that's been when loading non-WotC mods in WotC. Like cosmetics. But I haven't seen it that often.
Oh. Maybe the Missing Packages mods are helping me out here...
Not seen that myself, AFAIK that chequerboard pattern is indicative of a missing texture.
Doctor Mandarbs Map - Pack (TLE)
As long as modders name their own creations in a unique way, and do not overwrite existing files, there shouldn't be any problems. Maps, when being created load up a Plot. Within a plot are placeholders to PCPs and Parcels. If a modder adds more PCPs (correctly) to a tileset the game will try to load up a random PCP from the list.
All of us, who add more PCP and Parcels, add to the Games ability to expant those RNG lists. Because we add more variants. Therefore, a mission map feels fresher. After all, the game most often comes with only 2 (sometimes 4) variants for each PCP.
For a good presentation on how all that works, have a read in this pdf file (page 17 contains the PCP part):
https://twvideo01.ubm-us.net/o1/vault/gdc2018/presentations/Hess_Brian_PlotAndParcel.pdf
I've downloaded every mod you've listed. Same as with the mod that "Void Light" posted:
I've only checked how items are named and structured. I don't see any conflict between them, or to any of my mods.
From my point of view, you are fine to use those mods together with my mod(s).
Good hunting Col., and please ensure those Aliens don't use your Stargate to get from A to B :D
I've check out "McDenny's 09" Even More Maps! mod. Checking on how he named map items (Parcels, PCP, Plots...), and how he build his own maps.
I do not see any conflict between his and my mod(s). From my point of view, you are fine to use his and my mod together. Good hunting Commander, and show those Aliens who's Boss on this Planet :)
Now I'll look at those mods Col. Jack O'Neil posted.

I say you can, because I name all map parts I do in my own way.
If you run into Bugs & Problems with maps, it's much harder to point a finger at the faulty map mod.
If you are in still in doubt, feel free to post what other map mods you are running. I'll have a look at them, and check out how they are structured and organized.
-> not yet anyways, because I keep TLP Map pack for just TLP map parts.
TLP missions also draw heavly on regular map parts from WotC.
Therefore if you unsubscribe now you are missing out on those Center Center and Slums PCPs.
For the future of an "only" WotC Map Pack I'll have to check if I can keep it 100% clean of TLP influences and objects. If that proofs impossible, or to hard to accomplish. Then you can ask again :D

be carefull. As always it's experimental, I tested it on my PC, but you may find error's that excape my eye :)
Well I don't see any patch notes but a lot's changed in my XCOM 2 directory, so I assume some things have been patched as well. Hopefully.
But with all the new toy's (fishing boats and more) I can't be mad at XCOM 2 any longer. I just hope they also used a big can of bugspray before shipping the new DLC :D
Great news, Doctor Mandarb. Haunt away.
My plan is as follows: create an TLE map pack, as it has a limited amount of PCPs that can expended easy. Once that is done, I'll come back to work on this WotC map Pack.
I think keeping them seperate is a smart idea. Because we don't know if everybody that gets WotC next year, will also want to buy the TLE DLC.
Much work to do, hope you can enjoy the new DLC for a few days without getting sick of always seeing the same tiles.... really a shame that DLC dropped 1 week after my vacation finished :(
Certain DLC's are harder to work on / with then others. I'll be able to say more next week.
That's cool. Damn work keeps us all away from the fun stuff.
I might find some time in May. This February and March brought me many extra workhours.
Hopefully that work will not bring to many "new" bugs :D
And since I don't know this map, and haven't played with water, I'm 99,9% sure it's not one of mine :)
Adding the water? Looks like that'd be a Plot rather than a PCP. Probably one of eclipsezr's.
Console command X2DebugMap, then click "show map" and it should give the name (which starts with Plot_).
I also replied to your post on Vozati's map pack about this.
