Real talk: does this essentially makes soldiers absolutely quiet? Because frankly that's a neat option, and since trying to find "no talking" or "quiet soldiers" mod proved no results perhaps this is the answer.
But i cant use it if every so often my soldiers will say something silly

you might want to rename it from ExampleVoicePack so it doesn't conflict with other people who used the template and forgot to rename.

I'm so glad that someone actually made this. It's kinda weird having Gordon Freeman talking all the time. Just need to find a female version for Chell now.
