It's crazy how this works in vehicles. It's like the Speedbreaker in NFS, and it does not bother me in any kind.

Make sure sv_cheats is set to 1 and you are not using default hl2 guns.

The screen color and sound will still activate regardless sv_cheats, but if you really do have it on, it may be an issue with another mod.

it is, the screen goes black, the sound sounds(:V) but the character and everything else moves at the same sped
