If you make this a playermodel, you could make the C_arms a couple of semi-opaque spectral arms-- or you could use the zombe character arms, which is boring.

You can just use easy bonemerge tool then make the actual npc invisible so you only see the model.

I have a version of my PC that works as a simple zombie replacement if you use model manipulator
