The reason why his limbs come off is because the base object is a Black Knight. This is a Monty Python reference; the Black Knight has all of his limbs cut off.

I tried making it act like a "Dark knight" instead, but because he uses the black knight torso and arms, it won't work. I also made the lightsaber he's holding into a separate item.
