But i have found a new solution.
Just downloading "individual arms" mod fixed the issue for me. Made the option for arm 1/2 appear right back on the creation screen :D
now i can keep playing my asari a bit longer :)
You also have to delete your MyGames/XCom2 WOTC/Config folder and let it regenerate when launching the game again.
Sometimes unsubbing isn't enough, and you have to clear these folders, and verify your game, depending on what type of mods you were subbed to. Some were more intrusive than others, like LW2 for example.
Before the WOTC dlc came out, i had no trouble at all with this mod. But now like Pixy, smoothe chocolate and Ayatake...the arms don't show up.
i've tried everything they did but to no avail sadly.
Loved your mod before. but now it just sucks to have it stripped away. ;_;

Tested on a brand new game with all previous cosmetic mods (WOTC version) still installed. Able to see arms now.
Tested on a midgame save. Also sees arms.
And tested on a late game save with tier 3 armour. Also sees arms.
Not sure what happened or if it will help anyone else, but what I did was to clear away all config files in the WOTC folder within My Documents and let the game re-generate.

So in my opinion, there are 2 ways to solve this problem:
1. A mod that force the level 3 class armor have Seperate Left/Right arms and shoulder custumization for WotC.
2. Modder that makes armor mode maybe have to make a Both Arms for the Level 3 class armor in WotC.
And I really think that the first one is a better solution.
That's all I want to type before I fall into sleep.
Pixy out..........................
I've just finish the test.(dude it's really takes me hours and I'm extremely sleepy now...)
Still, I do not have the Left Arm/Right Arm custumization option on Warden.Wraith & W.A.R. armor.
Other class, such as Kevlar, Spider, E.X.O. are OK(Maybe I've forgot to mention this before).
And I notice that I also do not have the Left/Right Shoulder.
For me, I do not think this is caused by any mod.
Seems the XCOM2 WotC game's program itself just locked the Level 3 class armor's Arm Customization.
Warden, Wraith, W.A.R. these 3 are all level 3 class armor, and all of them do not have the custumization options for seperate Left & Right Arms & Shoulder.
Of cause, Icarus, Serpent & R.A.G.E. do not have the custumization either.
1.No
2.No
3.No.
4.Only mod I use before the Liara Sq mate of Wotc is"Capnbubs Accessories - WOTC".
But I've done something that I have never done before this playthrough:
I use the config command to get my first W.A.R. armor to save some time, that what I've never did before.
There is one thing I know is in the vanilla version, if I use the config command to get a doctor too early(like in the first day), it will cause the Avatar Program's Target not even show on the world map.
So maybe the problem is cause by I was using the config command.
I will test it when I have time this weekend.
1. Are you still subbed to the vanilla version of Liara Squadmate?
2. Are you subbed to either vanilla or wotc versions of RealityMachina's Allies Unkown mod, and the Asari mod?
3. To your knowledge, are you currently also subbed to any other mod that also adds cosmetic arms to Wraith and WAR suits?
4. Are you subbed to any other cosmetic mod in general, and if so, which?
Although like PIxy and Smooth Chocolate, I am missing arms.

I've opened the XComcontent.ini and read the code.
I do not think is a coding problem...
It just seems my XCOM2 WotC main programme have some problem on the Level 3 Light/Heavy PoweredArmor customization. And it seems the problem only happen in this class.
I just do not have the seperate Left arm and Right arm option.
Only gives me a single one →both Arm.
I've try the fix cache, but not working for me...
but i dont know anything about specifc mod stuff just curious if its possble, thanks and keep up the good work.
@Pixy, then I don't know what to tell you. The code is correct. Do you know how to navigate to the mod's config folder and open ini files?
