@MechaTails sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. I used a fire rate decay of -0.25, fire rate recovery of 0.5 and a fire rate decay min of -0.15. I couldnt manage to figure out for to get the gun to wind up faster so I ended up increasing the fire rate to 0.25.

I'd say meh. The wind up idea is very good but as it takes alot of time to wind up, there is few time to use it at full speed. I'd say more ammo (like 75?) and a shorter wind up time, but lower damage, would work preety well. Btw, update your description with the stats!

What numbers did you use for [Fire Rate Decay] and [Fire Rate Decay Min]?
