If the Avatar (With Hoods from MrK's mod) is available as standalone, I don't understand why it was included here too... was really looking forward to this one.

i think you can rename the mutons files, add _Original for example, and you can use the mod, but the muton is excluded, worked for me with the witch class and its chryssalid(i did it with the chryss files), her chryssalid was invisible cause of this mod

@Mattiator It was a very tedious process just getting the base units ragdolls edited, whilst it would be nice it is a lot of effort for what ultimately most players would overlook considering how many new units are added.

Maybe the unit archetypes are overwriting eachother, compatability like that is difficult to obtain with the way that each unit's data is stored since the ragdolls (what physics asset the unit uses on death) is just one small part of a big data set

@MrMister hes clearly not doing anything with this anymore, just do it and if for some reason he doesn't want it he can ask you to take it down later. Dont see any reason why they would tho.

Can confirm, LWOTC's Muton Centurion and Muton Elite are broken by what this mod does to their versions of LW2 Alien Pack.

I was playing without this mod whilst testing Deadput's Alien Skins, I was struck with just how much I was missing the light FX. Sectoid in particular seemed a pink rubber suit rather than a translucent psychic prawn.

At 5k subs this mod is underrated. It works fine in my 600+ mod list and also with ABA:AI package.

Oh wow, what program would one need to do that? This is probably far beyond my capabilities but I think its worth the shot.
I was thinking, maybe disabling the features of this mod for certain aliens like chrysalids and mutons might be easier to achieve than applying this mod's features to custom alien mods. Do you think that's possible? Thanks in advance

I see you did the physics for LW2 Muton enemies in your XCOM2 mod. Is there a way to port it, to include here, to work with WOTC and LWOTC?

Having problems making this work with LWOTC. Your mod is an excellent mod, creates so much immersion its just the rare occasion that Muton Centurions turn up in LWOTC. Is there a way to have them act similarly to Mutons? The game freezes and enemies appear invisible when played together.

You can get the other mods general to load instead by messing with load order but since you can’t directly control it, it’s pretty annoying

Again, the mod isn’t a ragdoll mod, I really wish people would understand the work that was put into the fx, the modded enemies will be completely unaffected by this mod and look very out of place

Hi Vortex. When you say it's incompatible with modded enemies, do you mean the modded enemies will simply not have the ragdoll effect? Or do you mean there will be actual performance or gameplay issues or even crashes the game?

It seems like there is an issue with LWOTC where certain units bug out. the reddit post "Invisible enemies and enemy icon, bugged pods" describes the issue perfectly. i'll disable this mod to see if it fixes it.

It has zero effect on modded units it does not play correctly with them, it won’t break anything but there will be a large difference in quality
