Why is the stain between the broken doll's legs red when it should be white?

Then check your files, load order (characters first, trinkets below), and don't use too many mods at once.
The mod is bug free, corrupted files happen.

I have Crimson Court DLC. That's why I downloaded this mod.

You need Crimson Court DLC or you will crash, hence why these 2 trinkets are on a separate mod from the main character mod

Yeah, this mod specifically causes my game to crash whenever I try to go to the trinket vendor cart. :<

Do you need to put this before or after the Tusk in the load order?
