After a few hours of disabling mods and enabling mods, I narrowed down an issue with my tool gun to this mod, If every time you try making a multiplayer world (in my case 2 player, peer to peer) you notice your tool gun will not work correctly, you could select weld and it will say weld and show all the UI info but It will do what you selected previously, say a rope. Its not allowing the tool gun to actually switch, every so often it may switch after you've tried a few other tools. Writing this so others with issues can be aware, and if the mod author wants I can give you all the info you'd need, or make some bug report. The other 2 listed on this page don't cause this issue.
