Is this ship still being worked on?

nice usage of game blocks to mimic something unfinished or technological complexes. Visual design 8/10 , however it is not rusty but mostly black (not big complain but I did expected old rusty ship escaped from scrapyard, not shiny black monolith), more importantly, it is mostly empty shell containing nothing. Functional design 1/10 (and one only that at least some engines were working, but definitely not all).
In a nutshel: visually stunning empty and in survival/battle/exploration useless shell.

im waiting for the game to handel this ship better our for me to get a better pc, atm i can't build do to lack. Old Rusty is not abandon.

i must say this is the most amazing ship i've seen HANDS DOWN! it has so much potential man and i really hope you're able to finish it (if you haven't already) i'm currently away but i as soon as i get the chance i'm checking this out and i'll see if i cant give you some ideas. but for the love of god please dont abandon this build!!

Hm, ok. As long as the damaged areas won't affect important parts of the ship :P But that's good to hear you almost have it done. Its an incredible design. Is there a blueprint for that larger ship as well?

@StargazerZ99 yes i'm still working on it, i soon have the interior done. I'm also working on some small ships to be docked in the hangar and the dameged areas is a part of the design to make it look old :)

So you're still working on this ship? Because there's quite a number of things missing from it and its damaged in some areas. I'm just curious because this is a really well designed ship.

i think it was Arron from LastStandGamers that did the comparison first.

but he only named it that after people starting calling it that, and he did say he was mostly inspired by medieval bracelets or somethin', so I don't think that's what he was going for at first.

Maybe the ship in the last picture was too badly damaged so they separated the front end to make a smaller ship.

And I thought my ships were big.

im kinda thinking this would be a good colony ship, maybe like a derelict one, it can land on planets from what i geuss. maybe it was seperated from a expedition and drifted off for a while,

That's a refinery/salvage ship maybe a drone barge. That hulk pops into a old battleground and autonomous drones and penal colony workers salvage in hazardous conditions. You don't want to come out of cryosleep to see you've been picked up by Old Rusty

It looks like a sandcrawler so it should be a salvage ship. Add a few bays around it with gravity wells leading to grinder walls. when you want to salvage something have a tug tow the salvage into the well and watch the scrap get ground up.

Size of the Original Design? (curious as i recently broke space engineers with a full size Galactica) lol

it has boosterso n the back so id say no, but its in a desert scene there so made me think of it, and has a similar side profile
