@-$ilver- The mod makes all rangers look like this for you, what others see depends on what mods they have. Also so far I've only found vigilante arms in the game files, meaning that the ranger's sleeves are still gonna be black in 1st person view but it's not very noticable. When you look down at your body the game uses the same model you see from outside, so as a ranger you are able to see your blue pants and such.

Very nice! Does wearing it allow others to see you wearing it too, or only letting you think you are wearing it, since you can only view your hands for much of the game anyway? ^_^
