eq1967 Very fun and exactly why I built it. Back in the day, we could place this directly on to of other assets. I am happy you like it and thank you for commenting.

Love this. I use this as my default power plant and since I hate using power lines I can set these wherever I need to add power when my areas are separated by a significant distance from each other.

Fantastic! All my cities depend on it. Thank you very much for your effort.

I usually place them near the street because of the indicator seemingly implying it needs to be at the street. Well, inquisitive me, I thought I would test it to see how far from the street it could be placed and still function. That's when I thought I would try the one in the screenshot. I remembered other placements had the same situation where people would saunter up to the station and play around. But when I saw people standing on the top and mocking or tempting the powers that be, I knew then you needed to know :) Maybe a newer version would offer violators a 50,00 volt jolt of "take that"! JK

Thanks again for all the smart assets you have provided.

bsbrdv,Alro, I know your not complaining I thing you for taking the time and well the screenshot.. So long as a person is not rude, I appreciated knowing something is not working (complaint ) so I can fix this for them. Any time.

bsbrdv, All assets are built for way back to After Dark level in mind and are original so built by me.. Confirmed it is a power station . OH, this asset was made BEFORE (rant and deleted) and now all require roads unlike before. Like a small dirt road in front of the doors or for testing, try placing next to street and let me know.

Excuse the fuzziness but here is a screenshot of another weird thing that happens:

I am still using this great neighborhood style Power station. I also use the advanced underground electric nodes. I want to be sure you don't think I am going to complain because I am not. I just don't understand why people are coming to this power station to rest like they are going to a bar or a cafe...maybe they think they are at a bus station??? I dunno. Was this asset made with public congregation in mind?

Thanks Populous

It's ... beautiful.
I love this, and your water clarification plant.

Lia ! Thank you my friend. I do agree, it would be a different game without it, but your saying so absolutely made my day!

One of my favorite asset! Can't imagine to play without it :)

I would love to see some screen shots and maybe a shared save. Speaking of hording props and assets, this is something I think about when I build assets with the goal of people not having to download a bunch of extra props they only need once… I also review in my head your many comments. MadTech, you know you made my day and you know I am grateful for your input, comments and suggestions always.

Well here I am again nearly 2 years after subbing the original (it's the first power plant along with 556789235.Ground Water Pump & Sewage Treatment Plant I put down in a new city).

The specs look the same, so I assume this is just a cosmetic change (the skylights added to the sides of the building?) LOL

But that's cool, adds some variety and this makes asset #4456 (8.7gb) + 130 mods. I have actually found and removed about 500 props = 1.2gb, so i am cutting down on my hoarding LOL

Thanks Populous for the revamped version, I always look forward to see what you come up with next because I know it will usually fit in with my own sense of practicality and stylings.

Maybe one of these days I'll actually be happy with one of my city experiments and share some screenshots.
