Do you think you can make a version of Realism w/o the missions and enemies. i like my modpack but i wana make it difficult with all the movement and inventory changes. w/o adding missions and things.

Medicfast, I have a challenge for you. Make a realistic medical care mod. Something along the lines of increased damage, bleed, and more time consuming healing. And removing health regen just to make people angry. If you could make this mod, it will shake realism. Not to mention make the game much more difficult.
