hmmm, alright so had another try and when I switched the graphics api from OpenGL to Dx11 it got fixed!
I am happy it works now, I could record some footage of how it looks/what it does when it breaks if you want that. But I am really happy now. :balloon:

I've just checked the wallpaper, it seems to work ok on my end.

the particle effects or whatever that's comming out of that figure is broken
