What? You don't know? Dude, this is easy. You need Paint.NET + Plugin with reading *.vtf files for Paint.NET

Then you need import *.vtf files of models and then repaint this material.

And last part — you need test this texture in game.

And actually replace the basics skins by those (I mean the combine playermodel become one of them for you, by not adding new ones) -Sorry if I didn't understood what you said :/
