@ItsWoschi doesn't work that way... that's a multiplayer mission! Put the pbo in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\MPMissions launch Arma and create a host, choose map (Lithium) and select the mission

It doesnt appear in the scenarios tab

We played it
